Unused items, in the original packaging, are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, items are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange after 30 days of purchase.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email to notify us of your return and to provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified if your return is approved for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to post to your original payment method. Refunds to international payment methods may take longer.

Late or missing refunds

If you think a refund is late or missing please check your bank account or credit card statement for the deposit. Next, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take up to 7 days before your refund is officially posted. Items will be replaced if they are defective or damaged when received by the customer upon the original purchase. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, notify us by email at within 30 days of receiving the item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
